Essential Criteria

Qualification:

Any Graduate With P.G in Marketing / Mass Communications / related domain

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project coordination or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the IT industry and government investment promotion processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and projectmanagement tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

 

Job objective:

To lead the operations and management of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Data Centre management, IT infrastructure, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering high availability, security, and reliability of critical government services.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and initiatives to attract investments in the IT sector, in collaboration with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and team members.
  • Coordinate the execution of various investment promotion initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and seminars to promote investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, such as timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and liaison between investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to support investment promotion efforts.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Coordinate site visits and meetings for potential investors and dignitaries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of investments, projects, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase investment opportunities in the state.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on investment promotion data.
  • Organize and participate in investment promotion events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Liaise with government departments, industry representatives, and potential investors.
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in the IT sector.
  • Maintain databases of potential investors and investment opportunities.
