Education:-
BE / B. Tech or PG in lT / CS or
equivalent
Experience:
Minimum
12 years of experience with 5 year of experience as managerial capacity
Work
experience must span over 2 turn-key Software development /ERP projects at State
or Country level.
Job Objective :
Project
manager’s job will be to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the
project. Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and
direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for
support. Work closely with the team for smooth and timely completion of
projects. Resolve operational and technical issues arising in development teams
and other stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Efficient Project
Planning, Tracking project mile stones and ensuring on time project delivery
within budget and scope.
- Coordinate internal
resources and other stakeholders, departments for the flawless execution of
projects
- Developing project
scopes, objectives, project plans involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource
availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed
project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification
techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project
performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate
to management as needed
- Establish and Manage
the relationship with the departments and all stakeholders /vendors/Third
parties
- Perform risk
management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain
comprehensive project documentation
- Attend and represent
as project owner in review meeting.
