Job Description

Essential Criteria

Education:

Must have MBA in HR

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in HR /Admin related works
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 
  • Should be familiar with English & Hindi typing
  •  Should be familiar with drafting letters/ correspondences in English & Hindi


Core Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Coordinates record management activities with departmental staff to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of records.
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains human resource records by recording new hires, separations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking leave records, etc
  • Administration of Human Resource of organization.
  • Support HR team of the organization in recruitment & selection of candidates
  • Should be able to prepare presentations
  • Should be able to organize workshops & seminars
  • General duties including filing, photocopying, fax and mailing.
  • Managing Employee Relationship (Grievances, Welfare & Recreation, Employee engagement)
  • Ensure monthly attendance of all the employees duly verified is shared with organization HR on due date for salary preparation.
  • Identify bottlenecks if any. Bring out critical issues and concerns that are and/or may, impede achieving project objective.
  • Any other project related work.
