Essential Criteria
Education:
Must have MBA in HR
Experience:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in HR /Admin related works
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Should be familiar with English & Hindi typing
- Should be familiar with drafting letters/ correspondences in English & Hindi
Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Coordinates record management activities with departmental staff to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of records.
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Maintains human resource records by recording new hires, separations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking leave records, etc
- Administration of Human Resource of organization.
- Support HR team of the organization in recruitment & selection of candidates
- Should be able to prepare presentations
- Should be able to organize workshops & seminars
- General duties including filing, photocopying, fax and mailing.
- Managing Employee Relationship (Grievances, Welfare & Recreation, Employee engagement)
- Ensure monthly attendance of all the employees duly verified is shared with organization HR on due date for salary preparation.
- Identify bottlenecks if any. Bring out critical issues and concerns that are and/or may, impede achieving project objective.
- Any other project related work.
