Essential Criteria
Any graduate
Minimum 3 years of work experience as Project Executive
Advance Excel
A Project Executive is required to do the following:
1) have a thorough knowledge of Technical Reports and documents, correspondences, handle incoming mail & take and distribute minutes of meetings;
2) Maintain schedule and calendar
3) Implement and maintain files and records.
4) Collate information from various sources
5) Maintain databases, serve as central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication and co-ordinate the flow of information externally and internally.
