Job Description

Job Objective :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead in Data Analytics with a strong background in AI-ML, GIS, IoT, and Agriculture. The primary responsibility of the incumbent will be to analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, driving innovative data-driven solutions for complex challenges in the agriculture sector. The role requires expertise in machine learning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Internetof Things (IoT), and a deep understanding of agricultural practices.

Essential Qualification

Education:

BE / B. Tech (Any)

OR

Any Graduate with Master’s Degree in Geoinformatics / MCA / Meteorology/Environmental Science or equivalent subjects.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Stan, Python, R, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with domain experts to ensure analytics models align with the specific needs and challenges of the agriculture sector.
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to extract actionable insights from agricultural data.
  • Provide guidance to the team in implementing effective machine learning solutions.
  • Integrate GIS capabilities into data analytics solutions to enhance geographical understanding.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of IoT solutions for efficient data collection and monitoring in agricultural environments.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
