The candidate shall be responsible for managing and monitoring the network and security infrastructure including routers, switches, firewall, SDWAN devices, Internet connectivity etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Network Operations independently consisting Routers / L2 & L3 switches / firewall/ UTM/Internet gateways.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of LAN / WAN / internet connectivity issues and recommending probable solutions along with impact analysis.
- Working closely with the NOC team to understand the project requirements.
- Performs Advanced Level Troubleshooting, Analysis and Diagnosis of Complex Networking Problems & design issues.
- Coordinate and assist NOC and field engineers.
- Managing network operations.
- Documentation of network enhancements and upgrade.
- Prepare architecture and Network diagram.
- Escalate & resolve the complex project problems.
- Co-ordinate with user departments and collect feedbacks.
- Provide inputs to internal management for service improvements
Essential Criteria:
Qualification: - BE / BTech ( Any )OR PG ( IT / CS ) or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 6 years' experience in lT infrastructure/ Network Administration of which minimum two years of experience in handling client/project of minimum 300 nodes/branches.
Certifications: Complete CCNP with SDWAN exam.
