Job Description
Job Objective
Objective of
this job is to assist manager HR with entire gamut of HR activities with
primary focus on Recruitments & Employee Engagement activities.
- Recruitments:
Jointly work with HR manager to prepare recruitment plan, co-ordinate and
manage the entire recruitment/ talent acquisition activity
- Assist in shortlisting candidates at various levels,
prepare list of shortlisted candidate
and preparing/ coordinating for interview schedules
- Coordination to
conduct interviews successfully
- Hand-holding
candidate from offer release to their joining
- Help carry-out
salary verification, offer & appointment letter roll-out processs
- Help conduct
background verification for rolled out offers.
- Employee
Communication: Coordination with vendors
- Rceive &
communicate to queries/questions of the candidates applied for job
- Respond to
queries/ suggestions to the existing employees & help resolving them.
- Deliver various
business communication to employees & officials in person, writing, mail
and over phone
- Regular
communication with various stakeholders for business updates.
- Facilitate
Organizational Culture to new Joinees.
- Joining
formalities and induction Program: Manager induction of new joinees in
coordination with
- Related
Preparation of RFP for various HR activities.
- HR Policy : Help
Manager-HR in reviewing and modifying HR policies according to the evolving HR
best practise in alignment with the objectives of MPSEDC from financial &
administrative standpoint
- Be custodian of
HR policy for IT cadre and PeMT.
- PMS assist in
conducting Performance MS assess the output of individuals hired.
- Assist HR
manager- performance appraisal process for IT cadre & PeMT SLA
- Administrative
Work: Run various HR administrative processes, records keeping,
increments/revise offers
- Help HR manager
with smooth implementation and management of leave, attendance and employee
through in-house application
- Own data/reports
from online HRMS (Human Resources Management system)
- Review and
assist in the implementation and development of the entire landscape of HR Activities
- Interact with
state user departments for all HR activities along
with payments etc. For resources hired & deployed, receive demands from
state user departments; devise process and Templates for receiving demands from
state user departments.
- In addition to
above Primary Responsibilities the incumbent may be assigned any other task
from time to time by OIC/Manager-HR
Education/ Experience
Qualification
- Any Graduation in any
discipline with MBA (HR)
- Full time Post Graduate in
Human Resource Management
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
in Recruitments, Record Keeping, MIS and Employee Engagement activities
- Excellent Verbal and Written
Communication Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal &
Presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of MS-Office, job Portals & HR-MIS
